Relax in the mountain valley splendor of gorgeous Palm Springs, with the backdrop of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. The Mesquite Country Club is situated on 180 lushly landscaped acres. The Mountain View Villas at Mesquite Country Club offer its guests all the amenities of a top-quality resort suite - at a fraction of the cost. Guests staying at this property will have access to all of the club's 16 pools, 18 Jacuzzis, eight tennis courts, and air-conditioned racquetball courts. There is also a clubhouse with a popular restaurant, cocktail lounge, pro shop, putting green, driving range, and championship golf course. In addition, guests will find extensive trails throughout the property's 180 acres for biking, jogging, and horseback riding. All units are non-smoking.
The Mountain View Villas offer warm and intimate accommodations. These one and two-bedroom villas have vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, textured walls, and custom-designed floor-to-ceiling mirrors. Some even feature Pergo wood floors. The large kitchens are completely furnishes with full appliances, cookware, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, microwave, and blender. The spacious bedrooms are highlighted by a large king or queen bed amidst a vaulted ceiling, warm rich wood doors and accents, and original art. Finally, two open-air balconies - one off the living room and another off each bedroom - provide mountain views with additional breathtaking views of both the San Jacinto and the Santa Rosa Mountains splendidly provided throughout the grounds of the country club and golf course. Other features include two 27" stereo televisions, one in the one in the living room and one on the bedroom, CD and VCR players, cordless digital answering machines, ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, air-conditioning, washer and dryer, and barbecue grills. All units are also stocked with stacks of good books, compact discs, video cassette tapes, and other little touches to remind guests of their favorite den. So relax and enjoy.

| Area Attractions
Palm Springs is comprised of 50 square miles of desert and 34 square miles of hills rising above the desert floor in the Santa Rosa Mountains. The majestic Mt. San Jacinto backdrops the central business district. Alternating sections of land are held by the Agua Caliente Band of Mission Indians. Pristine palm canyons, waterfalls, big horn sheep, desert flora and fauna, "wind farms," and unique horseback riding and hiking trails attract visitors from around the world. Be sure to visit the Anza-Borrengo Desert State Park, a 600,000-acre park that enjoys virtually the same climate as the Coachella Valley. Explore the area by foot, vehicle, or bicycle. The Indian Canyons are a Palm Spring treasure shared with the world. Andreas, Murra and Palm Canyons feature a trading post, picnic grounds, hiking and horse trails. The children will enjoy the Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert. When they say "hands-on museum," they mean it. The kids can touch and have so much fun while learning, creating, exploring and experimenting. Plenty of shopping opportunities, fine dining, and art galleries are available within the area. |

| Driving Directions
Check-in office is located at 1701 N. Palm Canyon, Palm Springs, CA - From I-10 - Exit onto Highway 111, which will become Palm Canyon Drive. Take Palm Canyon Drive (Highway 111) through the downtown area, past Tahquitz Canyon Boulevard. When you see the Washington Mutual Bank building on your right, turn left onto Ramon Road (REMAX is also on the right across from Washington Mutual). Take Ramon Road past the High School. After you cross over Sunrise Blvd, the next stoplight will be Farrell Drive. Take a right onto Farrell Drive. Go about 20 yards, and take a left into the Guard Gatehouse at 500 South Farrell. (Phase #1). Insert your gate pass into the machine. For Villas N-84 and N-84, go straight toward the tennis court about 40 yards away and turn to the left. Units N-84 and N-86 will be on your left on the 2nd level in the last set of buildings before the road starts to curve again to the Right. Park under the carport. For Villa F-40, continue on the road as it bears to the right, past the fountain and the unit will be about 40 yards ahead. The building is on the left before you approach the pool. The unit is on the 2nd level. Please use just one carport during your visit, and observe the association rules and have consideration for the full time residents. |
